Our story

Empowering people since 2023

While all working together for the same company, we saw firsthand that current hiring practices were not cutting it for both businesses and their employees. We agreed that there needed to be a better and easier way.

We could no longer take a passive role in the situation so we made the decision to revolutionize the labor marketplace using data and technology for ethical and transparent advancement in learning, working, and communication.

Our goal is to use data and technology to improve how people learn, work, and communicate in an ethical and transparent way.

We want to create a labor marketplace that is accessible, equitable, and flexible by teaching others and turning our experiences into actionable data.

We will actively contribute to the success of others by creating holistic labor solutions and championing personal, professional, and economic growth for our partners.
